We welcome everyone to join us for Mass at the beautiful Cathedral of the Madeleine in downtown Salt Lake City. The Cathedral, under the patronage of St. Mary Magdalene, serves as the mother church for Roman Catholics in the State of Utah.

Tour the Cathedral

Construction of The Cathedral of the Madeleine was begun in the year 1900 and completed in 1909. The exterior of the cathedral remains substantially the same today as it was in 1909.  The cathedral is listed on the Utah Register of Historic Sites and the National Register of Historic Places.
